Deep Tissue Massage
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves clients feeling relaxed and renewed. There’s a lot of misconceptions about deep tissue. If done properly it should not leave you bruised or with soreness that lasts longer than a day. I like to sink in slowly and let your body decide how deep I need to go. I love showing my clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Reflexology
. Its more than a foot massage! I try to incorporate reflexology with all my sessions. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. I use deep pressure points on foot depending on treatment.

My Background
I’m an experienced Massage Therapist in Durham, North Carolina and a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to healing. Through my practice, I strive to align patients and promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy. I specialIze in Deep Tissue, with an emphasis on Sports massage. If you have deep knots or trouble areas, allow me to work on it.
My hours are limited due to my obligation with my young children, but I’m happy to make space and time for you.
I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my patients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.
